本产品采用中国重型院自主研发的首台套超大、超净、全流程新技术,拥有世界最大规格Φ13.5m圆筒形电除尘器及超大烟气量能量高效回收煤气冷却器,净化后的烟气粉尘排放浓度指标达到最高标准,其安全保障系统达到最高等级。

该项目的成功投产,是我院在大吨位转炉一次烟气干法除尘技术的重大突破,是国家鼓励发展的重大环保技术装备的又一成功示范推广。研发的关键技术装备具有高效低能耗、性能稳定可靠、智能化及远程监控性能,为国内外超大转炉达到高质量生产流程提供了宝贵经验。本产品的成功应用对我国钢铁工业大型炼钢实现负能炼钢以及实现绿色钢铁“零”排放低碳发展具有重大示范作用。本产品的推广应用为用户节约了炼钢成本,获得良好经济效益,也为社会创造了巨大的环境效益。

This product adopts the first set of ultra large, ultra clean, and full process new technologies independently developed by China Heavy Industry Institute. It has the world's largest specification of Φ 13.5m cylindrical electrostatic precipitator and an ultra large flue gas energy efficient recovery gas cooler. The purified flue gas dust emission concentration index reaches the highest standard, and its safety guarantee system reaches the highest level.

The successful production of this project is a major breakthrough in our institute's dry flue gas dust removal technology for large tonnage converters, and another successful demonstration and promotion of major environmental protection technology equipment encouraged by the country. The key technological equipment developed has high efficiency, low energy consumption, stable and reliable performance, intelligent and remote monitoring capabilities, providing valuable experience for achieving high-quality production processes for domestic and foreign ultra large converters. The successful application of this product has a significant demonstration role in achieving negative energy steelmaking in China's steel industry and achieving zero emissions and low-carbon development of green steel. The promotion and application of this product has saved users the cost of steelmaking, achieved good economic benefits, and also created huge environmental benefits for society.
